I would be happy to recommend a 2 bike rack for a 2" trailer hitch receiver for you.

There is definitely quite a few options for bike racks, but I will give you three options I think will best suit your needs.

The Yakima HoldUp EVO 2 Bike Platform Rack # Y02479 which is a wheel mount design to protect the carbon fiber frame on your bike, and will support two bikes weight up to 50lbs each with tires up to 5" wide. This bike rack weighs in right at 50lbs, tilts down to allow you access to the rear cargo area of your Tahoe, and includes a lock on the speed knob to keep the rack secured to your vehicle, and a cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack.

Next is the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack # SH22G which is my recommendation for you due to it being the lightest option weighing in at 32lbs. This rack also use a wheel mount design to protect the carbon fiber frame on your bike, and tilting to provide access to the rear cargo area of your Tahoe. The main differences with this rack are that is only supports bikes weighing up to 40lbs with tires up to 3" wide. Since you mentioned you have standard tires and do not have heavy bikes, this will not effect you but will offer a nearly 20lb weight savings while still including locks to lock the rack to your vehicle and a cable lock to secure your bikes to the rack.

The price for each of the options mentioned can be found on each product page, and will give you the most up to date price as prices do change over time.

I included videos for each of the bike racks for you to take a look at.
