Absolutely!

You will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, wiring for lights, and a supplemental braking system.

Starting off with base plates for your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 which will work with the factory steel or plastic bumper on your Jeep, and the removable arms will give a clean look when you are not flat towing.

For a compatible tow bar I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 due to it being a top of the line tow bar that is non-binding to allow you to easily disconnect the tow bar with out a tool even on un-even terrain, and since it mounts to the receiver of the tow vehicle, it can be folded up and out of the way when not in use.

The Roadmaster 64" Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables # RM-645 will work great with the # RM-521453-5 and # RM-522.

For wiring I highly recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which uses diodes to protect your vehicle's wiring from feedback and damage from the RV, and adds a 6-way connector on the front of your Jeep which gets connected to the 7-way connector on your tow vehicle with the included cord.

Lastly for a supplemental braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR with the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 due to the easy installation and removal when you are done flat towing.

You will more then likely need a high/low adapter to level your tow bar, so I included a helpful article that shows you how to measure for the adapter, and a link to all of our adapters for you to take a look at.

It is always a good idea to look in the flat towing section of your owners manual for any specific steps to make your vehicle ready to flat tow, and any restrictions regarding flat towing.
