We have a have exactly the bike rack you are looking for.
If your two fat tire electric bikes are weight 60lbs or less per bike, I highly recommend the Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S64678 which is a motorhome rated and can accommodate two 60lb bikes with tires up to 5" wide. The padded frame hooks help to protect the frames of your bikes, and the rack can also be tilted or folded.
If your bikes are heavier than 60lbs per bike I recommend the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY64FR which is also motorhome rated, has a massive weight capacity at 80lbs per bike, and will accommodate tires up to 5" wide.
I included videos for both options for you to take a look at.
