Will the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs. Item # C16521 fit a 2021 Ford F250, 6 1/2 foot bed with the factory Ford under bed puck mounting system?

The Curt # C16521 A16 5th wheel hitch is intended to mount to industry standard bed rails, not the factory puck system. It will work if a # RP30156 Reese Elite/Ford Puck Adapter is used. If you already have the hitch, this would be a good solution for you.
If you don't already have the hitch, I'd recommend going with the A16 sliding hitch version designed to fit directly into the Ford pucks, part # C16520-16020.
If you'd like the convenience of a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed, you can install one using part
# C57008 which would install as shown in the linked video.
