Recommended Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit For 2012 Ford F-250 Short Bed

Question:

A friend is selling a Reese pro series 20k sliding 5th wheel hitch. He is not selling the bed rails install kit. I have a 2012 f250 short bed. I realize this hitch is overkill and do not intend to haul more than my truck is rated for. I’m interested in which bed rail system I should purchase. I do not want a universal kit. I would like something that is made for the truck. Thanks for your help.

As long as the Reese Pro Series 20k Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch you are purchasing uses the above bed industry standard rails (ISR) and not the OEM puck system I recommend the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # C16424-204 which is custom made for your 2012 Ford F-250 Short Bed which will minimize drilling.
