Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2020 Lexus NX 300h

Need a hitch so i can carry bike racks. One is the smaller and the other the larger diameter

The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Lexus NX 300h is Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13337 which features bolt-on install and provides the larger 2" receiver tube opening. It can be used with pretty much any bike rack without issue. That said, most bikes racks will have an adapter that allows them to be used in both the smaller 1-1/4" and 2" receiver tube openings. If you don't have any such adapter you'll also need the Brophy Hitch Reducer part # HT02.
