I have another option but we currently do not offer any vent fans that have 4 wires.

To replace the two roof vents on your 2004 Fleetwood Gearbox 5th Wheel Trailer I recommend using two of the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-04500K which is a favorite with our installers.

The MaxxFan # MA00-04500K uses the standard 14"x14" vent opening and have quite a few great options like powered lift you are looking for, 10 speeds that can be used as to bring air in our out of your trailer, a rain sensor that will automatically close when it senses rain to protect the fan and motor, and built in thermostat. You can wire this to your wall mount switch which will turn the fan on and off and open and close the lid, but may not allow you to change the fan direction or speed without using the keypad on the fan.

I recommend using the included remote which comes with a wall mounting bracket that will simplify the wiring part of the installation since you will only need to hook up one power wire and one ground wire, and will give you complete control to each fan without having to get on a step-stool or ladder.

To make sure the new vent's are sealed correctly I recommend using the Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW. You will need two since you are installing two vents.
