Correct Trailer Wiring Harness for 2006 Scion xB

My signal lights works on a single Circuit from running and brake light will this wiring work on my 2006 scion Xb?

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56030 that you mentioned is the correct custom harness for your 2006 Scion xB. From what I could find, your vehicle's factory wiring system should have the brake and turn signals sent along separate circuits.

This Curt harness includes a converter to combine these two circuits so that they're compatible with standard trailer wiring (which has the brake and turn signals sent along the same wire for each side). I'm not quite sure what you mean by having the running and brake lights combined on your particular Scion, but if you are certain that your vehicle actually does have combined wiring, the only option would be a universal hardwire kit like the Curt # C58345, which doesn't include a converter and will just need to be spliced into the appropriate signal wires.
