We do have a trailer hitch receiver that that fits your 2009 BMW 328i convertible and will allow you to use a bike rack, though the Curt hitch you asked about won't fit.

The only trailer hitch that does fit the '09 3 Series convertible is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH94VR.
