8 Inch Bunk Brackets and U-Bolts to Attach Them to 3 Inch Frame

I need 8 inch brackets and the u bolts to secure it to 3x3 cross beam 90 degree

We do have the parts you need and let's start with the brackets; the 8 inch tall brackets you need are the CE Smith Heavy Duty, Vertical Bunk Brackets # CE10161GA-2.
Then in order to mount them to your 3 x 3 frame the U-bolts you need are the CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-2.
