On the 7000lbs3 inch silent axel diagram shows a 6 3/8 from center of axle to bottom of fram. Is that measurement with the spring compressed

The distance from the center of the axle to the trailer frame of the Timbren part # TSR7000T05 of 6-3/8 inches is without a load on the suspension. This is also where the suspension would sit without an excessive load on the trailer as well.
