The # 119190KIT includes wiring to run up to the battery whereas the # 119190 does not include that, but for a better priced option that covers what you need the part # C59236 is what you'd want. To convert this to a 7-way so you can install a brake controller like the Brake EVN # TK63VR which is very reliable and great performing you'd need the # ETBC7 and you'd be set. The iCommand is proportional which means it senses how hard you apply the vehicle brakes and puts a proportional mount of braking on the trailer brakes.
