On some Nissan vehicles, there are relays that are required to fully activate a trailer wiring harness. If the truck did not come with a factory tow package then you will need the relays. The wiring kit we offer that comes with the relays is # C56225. The relays by themselves are # C57000.
However, in some cases there is an additional relayed required that can be obtained by the dealer. Since you have power on the left and right signals and brakes, it sounds like you just need this additional relay. Use the owners manual to find the locations for the relays.
