Recommended Electric Bike Rack for 2015 Ford Fiesta
Question:
Hello, I have a 2015 Ford Fiesta ST and I have the Curt Class 1 1 1/4 hitch installed on it. I am looking to buy an Ebike, but the one I have in mind is quite heavy. IT would weigh a total of 68Lbs. Could this HLY74FR work for me? Does it have fat tire adapters available? I would only carry this bike on it and nothing else. Thanks!

I do have an option for you, but the Hollywood Rack SportRider SE # HLY74FR is actually for Class 2 or 3 hitches. Even thought it will fit a 1-1/4 hitch, yours is a Class 1 which will make it incompatible.
Another option, especially if the bike is too heavy for you to carry, is the Kuat NV 2.0 for 1-1/4" Hitches # BA12B. You can purchase the Access Ramp # ANVBRB that you can attach to the bike rack so you can roll your bike up/down instead of lifting it. It does have a weight capacity of only 60 lbs though. Check if your bike weight decreases when you take the battery off. The battery should be off anyways when carrying electric bikes on a bike rack since the extra road vibration and jolts is not good for battery life.
