Recommended Solution for Carrying Wave Board on 2006 BMW 325i with Naked Roof
Question:
I have a 2006 325i BMW. Want something to carry my waveboard to the beach. I dont have a roof rack or crossbars. What do you recommend. Thank you.

I recommend using the SeaSucker Board Carrier - Vacuum Cup Mounted - 2 Surfboards or Paddleboards # 298-BX1806, which works around the roof rack that you would normally need to carry this waveboard and will be the most cost effective solution if this is the only thing you'll be carrying on the roof.
If you ever would need to carry bikes or a cargo box, I recommend using a full roof rack system like the Rhino Rack Roof Rack system that uses parts # RRVA106B-2, # RRRLKVA, # DK292, which will give you a fully functioning roof rack and some added flexibility. You could then use something like the Rhino Rack SUP pads # RRRWP03, which would be a great value solution to protect your board from getting scratched up while it's on the bars. The best all around solution for crossbars would be the Lockrack Adjustable XL Watersport Carrier - Kayak, Canoe, or SUP- Side Loading - Universal Mount # LR54FR, which offers you a great carrier that even helps load the board up onto the roof.
If the waveboard is the only thing you'd ever need to carry then the SeaSucker system is a great choice, but if you also like biking or kayaking, or really any other outdoor activity, going the route of getting a complete roof rack system would be the best way to go. I've linked some review videos of all of these parts for you to have a look at.
