Front Mount Receiver Hitch for 2007 GMC Sierra
Question:
I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500, 4x4 crew cab pickup and was looking at the Front Mount Hitch. I noticed that it is offered for years 2006 and 2008 models but not the 2007. Can you please provide comment on why no hitch for 2007 model or will the other years fit? Thanks in advance.

We do indeed offer a front receiver for your truck.
Perhaps the confusion comes in because 2007 was a split model year for the GM 1500 trucks. GMC had a 2007 Sierra Classic which was identical to the 2006 model as well as what was referred to as the 2007 GMC Sierra New Body which was an all new body style.
If you had the 2007 Sierra Classic, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite # 65028 front mounted receiver. If you have the 2007 Sierra New Body, use the Curt # 31322 front mount receiver.
I've linked to installation videos for both hitches mentioned above.
