The Curt trailer hitch mount cargo carrier, # C18100, will fit in a 2 inch receiver. It measures 4-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier when folded up. To determine fit, first make sure you have a 2 inch receiver opening. Then measure from the center of the hitch pin hole straight back to the distance required to clear the rear of the vehicle. If the measurement is less then 5 inches, the carrier will fit when folded.
On hitches that we have installed on the same year as your Enclave, the pin hole to bumper measurement was 5 inches so there is a good chance that it will be too close for comfort. What I recommend is carrier # 6502. When folded up it measures 7-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole. I have included a link to a video review for you.
