Gooseneck Ball Recommendation that Fits 2020 Ram 3500 with OEM Rail Kit

I am looking at the... BandW Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs Item # BWRVK3600... is there a goose neck adaptor to run on this hitch when 5th wheel head removed? Thanks

The B and W Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3600 that you referenced fits the OEM rail kit of your 2020 Ram 3500. If you had the Ram rail kit you'd also have an opening for a gooseneck ball to fit in the center hole like with the B and W # BWGNXA2062 which I like the best as it has a handle you can grab when removing/installing which will keep your hands cleaner and overall is easier to use.
