Could 4-Way to 7-Way Adapter with Reverse Alarm Fit 2020 Honda Odyssey with 4-Way

Question:

I have a 2020 Honda Odyssey and ordered Honda hitch and harness from the dealer. Apparently the harness is 4 pin. The 17ft RV I have on order with brake controller on the RV requires a 7 pin harness. Is there a conversion adapter plus wiring that can convert Hondan 4 pin to 7 pin that will enable using the RVS brake controller? On one post in your site, I saw reference to item ETBC7. I also talked to one of your sales people and she seemed to suggest item C57102 as a viable option. There is a significant price difference between those items and I am confused if which or either would solve my problem?

Yes if you wanted to use the # C57102 as a way to convert your 4-way to a 7-way and install the brake controller you mentioned. You will need wiring to run from the brake output of your brake controller to the blue wire of this adapter. We have 10 gauge wire for this with # 10-1-1 which we sell by the foot.
