For your 2019 Honda CR-V I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98848. The hitch pin hole is 3 inches from the outer bumper of the CR-V. The Kuat Sherpa 2.0 # SH22B has a distance of 11 inches from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack when ready to carry bikes. It measures 7-1/2 inches from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack when folded for storage when not in use.
