Will this kit work with my draw tite under bed gooseneck I bought from you guys? 2001 ford f250 diesel

Firestone does offer an Air Helper Spring kit that would be compatible with certain 2001 F250 models. Part # F2550 is only compatible with trucks with a GVWR over 8500 lbs.
The GVWR of your truck should be listed on the sticker in the door jamb on the drivers side. This kit is compatible with fifth wheel and gooseneck hitches.
The F2071 kit you mentioned is compatible with Dodge trucks only.
