Fit of Yakima Y02418 HitchSki Ski/Snowboard Carrier on Rola TX-104 59401 Bike Carrier

Question:

Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE - with a 2inch Curt hitch receiver. Im trying to find a way to carry 4 snowboards and wanted to know if the Yakima HitchSki Yakima HitchSki Snowboard and Ski Carrier for Hitch Mounted Bike Racks - Y02418 can carry them 2 on each side with the bases together so one on top of the other, or if the 2 snowboards fit next to each other, side-by-side on each arm of the HitchSki, for a total of 4? Otherwise I may need to look into roof rails, and traditional roof rack for the snowboards. Also inquiring about compatibility of the HitchSki with the Rola 4 bike hitch rack Rola TX-104 4-Bike Rack for 2inch Hitches - Tilting - 59401. Thanks!

The snowboards can indeed be stacked atop each other so that there's two boards stowed on each side for a total of 4, no need to stow them side-by-side (depending on their width, they'd likely not fit side-by-side).

The Yakima # Y02418 HitchSki will be compatible with the Rola # 59401 TX-104 bike rack, but you will need to loosen the bolt holding the rear most cradle in place and move the cradle slightly, but that's easily done.
