Is Prodigy Brake Controller all That is Needed to Activate Trailer Brakes
Question:
If I buy the Prodigy 90185 brake controller do I need anything else to use my 2004 Rockwood 170LTD pop up electric brakes?

The Prodigy P2 # 90885 (the 90185 is no longer available) is all that's needed to activate the brakes of your trailer as long as you have a way to install it in our tow vehicle. I attached a help article on installing brake controllers but if you wanted to get me the year/make/model of your vehicle and if it has any current trailer wiring I can give you more specific instructions.
