I do not have a photo of a completed installation performed by etrailer with this particular hitch , Curt Trailer Hitch for the 2011 Infiniti M37, Part # C11111, on your specific vehicle. However. within the manufacturer installation instructions there is a representative photo showing this product installed. I have included a close-up image of this photo.

It is worth noting that this hitch installation on your vehicle is fairly involved and the manufacturer rates the level of difficulty as challenging. Although no drilling is required, it is necessary to remove the bumper and taillights, and to remove and trim one of the under-body panels before the hitch can be installed. The complete installation instructions are included; these indicate the tools recommended, which include a torque wrench and rotary cutting tool in addition to basic hand tools.

If you refer to the color photos in the instructions, in particular panels 13 and 15, you can see several views of the rear of the M37 with the bumper removed. Based on these images it appears that once installed the end of the hitch receiver will be very nearly flush with the rear edge of the back bumper.
