I have a solution for you, but the Draw-Tite # 75758 is not designed to fit on the 2020 Ford Escape, so you would need a new hitch. To put a hitch on your new 2020 Escape I recommend using the Curt # C23FR because of the thick and durable powder coat that comes on Curt hitches. This will ultimately help extend the life of the hitch since it will stand up better to scratches that might otherwise lead to rust.
If you're going to be towing with this hitch, you'll also need a wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball. For the wiring I recommend using the Tekonsha # TE54FR since it comes with a powered converter that will help prevent backfeed in the event of a short that might otherwise damage your Escape's electrical system. This harness will give you a 4 way plug for towing a smaller trailer.
For a ball mount and hitch ball I recommend using the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit # 989900 since it comes with multiple ball mounts with varying rise/drop, a 1-7/8" and 2" hitch ball, hitch pin, clip and carrying bag. Since this kit comes with a few different components it allows you to customize the setup to match whatever trailer you might need to tow.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out, as well.
