How to Tow a 5th Wheel Trailer on a 2015 Ford F-350 with a CM SK Steel Skirted Flatbed
Question:
Im looking for the best method to tow my new camper. I bought a 2021 heritage glen elite 36fl and will be towing it with a 2015 ford f350 with a cm sk steel skirted flatbed on it. What hitch or conversion method will be best without voiding the warranty on my new trailer?

To tow a fifth wheel trailer like the 2021 Forest River Heritage Glen Elite 36FL with a gooseneck on a 2015 Ford F-350 with a CM SK steel skirted flatbed, you have three options.
The first two options involve modifications to the pin box (sometimes referred to as a kingpin). You can replace the pin box entirely with one that is designed to connect to a gooseneck ball like the Reese Air Ride, part # RP85FR; or you can bolt an adapter to the pin box like the Ranch Hill Adapter you referenced, part # AM3139. I've linked to a list of these adapters and pin boxes below. However, both of these methods might void your warranty (check with your trailer's manufacturer).
With the warranty in mind, the safest option is the third, which is to use an adapter on your truck's gooseneck hitch. Depending on which gooseneck you have, the best adapter for this is either a B&W Companion or a Demco Recon.
If your gooseneck is a B&W Turnoverball (check with your manufacturer or dealer), then the best adapter is the B&W Companion, part # BWRVK3050. This works with your B&W Turnoverball to become a detachable 5th wheel hitch that you can use for your trailer and other 5th wheel applications. I've linked to a video review of this hitch for you.
If your gooseneck is not a B&W, then the best adapter is the Demco Recon, part # DM8550046. This works in the same way as the Companion by installing a detachable 5th wheel hitch. I've linked to a video review of this hitch as well.
Keep in mind that your truck bed length may affect what the best option is (especially if it is under 7 feet), so let me know what that is and I can help you further.
