Fireplace Replacement for 2015 Surveyor

Question:

Hello, I have a Greystone 23 in electric fireplace SF208-23A in my 2015 Surveyor by Forest River 5th Wheel. It quit working. The repair shop said they cant find this fireplace. I dont see a 23 in fireplace in your stock. Can I purchase a 23 in electric fireplace or get the parts to fix it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There's never a good time for an appliance to stop working, and I am sorry that you've encountered difficulty in getting your fireplace fixed. Sadly, the only replacement parts we carry for Greystone fireplaces are remote controls and light strips. You are correct that etrailer does not carry any fireplaces smaller than 26". The SF208-23A has sadly been discontinued by Greystone and no replacement parts are available from the manufacturer.

The cutout hole in your Surveyor (23.75" x 6" x 21.75") is too narrow to fit the next largest fireplace we sell. If you're willing to widen the cutout hole in your Surveyor to 26-1/4" (which would require adding 5/8" to either side of the existing cutout) then the product I'd recommend to replace it would be # 324-000068
