Does hub 8-247-50UC3-EZ fit on/ work with spindle TRU747R?

Yes the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 8-247-50UC3-EZ is designed to work with the #84 Spindle like what you get with the #84 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange for 3,500-lb Trailer Axle part # TRU74FR.
These will fit together perfectly and offer great service for you.
As a side note the Self-Adjusting Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35-SA will work with both the hub and spindle as well.
