We do have a fifth wheel/gooseneck 7-pole wiring harness for your 2012 Toyota Tundra Crew Max, part # A10-7007.
This wiring harness is designed to work with trucks that have a factory 7-way trailer connector at the bumper. It will plug inline at the back of the factory 7-way connector and allows you to retain the use of your factory 7-way connector.
