2015 RAM 1500 Trailer Running Light Pin Has No Power
Question:
What relay is associated with the trailer running light pin. I have no power at tow plug connector. The fuse is not blown. I bought a new trailer and it had a short in wiring due to installation, a screw went through the running light wire . My power pin was working before I plugged in the trailer then no power on pin . Fuse did not blow, so I am not sure where to look for the issue. There is no power at the fuse terminal in fuse box. Is there something else to check?

According to my research the only fuse/relay for the trailer running lights on your 2015 Ram 1500 is a 20-amp fuse F29 in your engine bay. I would double check for power on both sides of the fuse with a Circuit Tester like # PTW2993.
If you still do not have power to either side the trailer running light fuse you will need to contact your local Ram dealer to check if the short in your trailer damaged the factory wiring.
