Installation Process of the Firestone Air Helper Springs on my 2016 Toyota Tundra
Question:
I own a 2016 Tundra, looking to install the Firestone Ride-rite air bags to assist with the trailer loads. Sagging in the rear of the truck is much more than I anticipated. Anyways, after reading a lot of forums and reviews I saw that many suggested using the DayStar Cradle in conjunction with the Ride-rite set up. Is this something that you suggest or will the supplied mounting brackets work as well?

You will have everything you need to install the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2445 on your 2016 Toyota Tundra. There is no need and it would actually cause interference if you were to add the DayStar cradle.
I have linked a video for your to check out which shows the installation process my buddy Dave did on a 2016 Tundra just like yours.
If you are considering having an on board compressor the Air Command Compressor System w/ Light Duty Compressor part # F2610 allows you to make adjustments on the fly depending on your load and not have to rely on finding an outside source of air.
