Is B&W Companion that Fits Elite Rail Kits Better Hitch than Reese Signature Series Hitch

Question:

Hi - I have a 2011 Chevy 3500 dually w/8foot bed. I currently have a Reese 18k Signature hitch and Im looking to upgrade to a BandW 20K hitch. I previously asked a question about the Companion OEM hitch fitting into my current puck system and you guys said it would work. Assuming you agree, my question is this. With my current puck system I have a difficult time trying to get each foot to latch securely. Some are ok, others are either too tight or too loose due to the cotter pin system. I feel like I get some movement back and forth in the hitch but I am not 100 certain. Will the Companion hitch be a more secure setup or will the difference be minor? Thanks for your help.

The Reese Signature Series hitch hasn't been made for some time now so if yours has movement or not fitting well some of that may be from use over the years. Now the Companion hitch part # BWRVK3300 will fit directly to what you have now and will fit much better and hold the king pin much tighter.
