Will B&W Companion Slider Work on 2016 Ram 2600 With Large Tires

Question:

Ok so Im interested in purchasing this 5th wheel adapter hitch set up, I have towed my camper with this same set up, but on a different truck then I have currently. My truck sits on 35s is that going to affect the set up much? Also I have a short bed 2016 ram 2500

It is possible with any 5th wheel hitch that tires as large as your means your set up won't be level. But really that depends on your pin box height and if you can adjust it. The B&W Companion slider has a hitch height that can be as low as 17 inches, so you need to weigh that consideration against the height of your pin box. It is likely that you will need to make adjustments to your pin box height or raise your 5th wheel to make sure you tow level.
