What hitch will fit on my 2010 ford ranger step bumper?

If the bumper itself has a hole for a ball then you could just use the bumper to tow. Consult the owners manual for the capacity (usually up to 3,500 pounds on many applications, the owners manual should have the correct information). If you need to add a receiver then a hitch like # E-3S is going to be the best option. Take a look at the picture I have included to see the mounting hole dimensions.
