Helpful Expert Reply:
The Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting - Steel # TH9058 is not parallel but rather has a slight incline and will also depend on the hitch clearance from the ground. The rack will have the inside cradle about 30 inches from the bottom of the hitch receiver to give you a reference point. You then just measure from the ground to the bottom of your hitch receiver and then add 30 inches to give you the approximate inside cradle height.
