Fit of K-Source Snap-On Towing Mirror on 2003 Ford F150 Lariat

will this mirror #KS81600 fit on a 2003 ford lariat with th eturn signal on the housing and if not do you have a mirror that will

If your 2003 Ford F150 Lariat has mirrors like those shown in the photo I provided, the K-Source # KS81600 mirrors will fit, however they would cover the turn signal lenses on the back of the mirror housing. The lens of the turn signal would need to be perfectly flush with the surface of the mirror in order for the mirrors to fit.
If your mirrors do not look like those shown in the mirror, a universal clip on mirror like the K-Source # KS3891 would be a great option for you.
The CIPA Deluxe Door Mount Mirror, part # 11650 would also be a great choice. I do not find it to be the most attractive option appearance-wise, but they work great and offer the least vibration from the wind of any universal towing mirror I have seen.
