Curt MV Weight Distribution Hitch for 600 lb Tongue Weight

C17057 Can this setup be used on a 20 ft travel trailer with a tongue weight of only 600 Pounds?

There is a Curt MV weight distribution hitch for a 600 lb tongue weight, but the part # C17057 is rated far too high so it will result in a very stiff ride.
So instead, for your 600 lb tongue weight the correct part is the Curt MV Weight Distribution System # C17051.
This is the correctly rated system for that much tongue weight, and only requires you get a hitch ball, depending on the size of your trailer coupler. You will need either 2" Hitch Ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # # C40030.
The MV is a weight distribution system only, so if you want to add sway control with it you will need the Curt Friction Sway Control for Weight Distribution Systems # 17200.
