The Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer - 10 Cu Ft - 12V - Stainless Steel # 324-000119 has a thermostat located on the back interior wall of the freezer. If that doesn't help your freezer operate correctly, then we can do further troubleshooting. The freezer fan may not run all the time for proper function, so if your freezer is keeping things at the proper temp I wouldn't worry about it. If it will not keep things frozen, then I recommend checking the power input on the back of the fridge. If the input is within the proper voltage range, then internal components may need serviced or replaced.

My fan won’t come on at all. Compressor runs and freezer is at 10 degrees and fridge is at 50 degrees. Replaced the fan and still won’t work. Coils freeze up. Is this run off of a control board ?

If you have a 12-volt refrigerator like the one on the page where you posted your comment, then I would start by turning off the power at the power center fuse and let it sit for several hours allowing the refrigerator control board to entirely dissipate its power. After powering back on I wound check the voltage at the back of the refrigerator. It should be very close to 12 volts. I also have heard that other people with the same symptoms found the air passage from the freezer to refrigerator blocked. Also, make sure that your frig is level.

@LesD my freezer fan runs for a few seconds and shuts off. The freezer stays cold but the fridge stays around 40-45 degrees. It’s a constant process. The fan will only run for 2-3 seconds and then will shut off for different lengths of time. I’m not a fridge guy but as it gets warmer outside I’ve noticed the times between it shutting on and off have shortened.

@Jeremyls1 what is the brand and model number of your refrigerator? Have you pulled the fuse on that circult for one hour? What exact voltage do you get at the back of the frig where the power connects?
