Will a Ultra-Fab Trailair Air 5th Wheel King Pin fit a Pullrite Super Glide 5th Wheel Hitch

Question:

Will the trail air air ride work with a super glide hitch? Also I just bought a new trailer and the king pin is too long Im told I need a capture plate will the air ride need one? Do you know the length of the pin from tip to plate?

You can use a Trailair air ride coupler like # UF35-946219 with a Pullrite Super Glide 5th wheel trailer hitch. In order to get the correct air ride coupler I would need to know your existing pin box manufacturer and model number. This information is normally located on a plate or sticker on the pin box itself.

The Trailair that you referenced fits Steelco/Davis PB01 and Venture CJ13515, CJ13517 and Short pin boxes.

You will need a capture plate but we do not carry the Pullrite line of products. They are available from the Pullrite web site. The pin length is such that a capture plate will be required.
