Brakes Work Well but Wont Lock Up

What if the brakes on my trailer work well but do not lock up when turned all the way up?

If your brakes are working but do not lock up when you turn your brake controller all the way up, the most likely issue is that they simply need to be adjusted.
So what you can do is adjust them with the Brake Adjustment Spoon # W80630.
I have added a link to a video below that if you forward to about the 4:40 mark you can see how to adjust them.
