We have two kits that may suit your bearings and seal, part # BK3-300 and part # BK3-310. The difference is in the seal's inner diameter. If you measure the inner diameter of your seal, you'll find which kit you need. BK3-300's seal has an inner diameter of 2.25 inches. BK3-310 has an inner diameter of 2.125 inches.
For your brakes, we have our electric brake kit, part # AKEBRK-7-SA. It is for a 12" hub and has an e-coated backing plate. I've linked to a video review of this kit and a list of our other brake kits.
