Trailer Tire Recommendation for 16 inch Wheel
Question:
I own a 42.5 Ft 5th wheel, dry weight is 13,800 and a total weight just under 18,000 lbs. Currently I have ST 235/70R16 10 ply tires on it. I am going to buy a stronger tire as I had a tire blow out on this past Monday. What size tire do you recommend

The best 16 inch trailer tire we can offer for your fifth wheel is a ST235/85R16 like the part # AM10295 which is a 10-ply tire with a 3,640 lb max capacity at 95 psi.
