Can a 225 75 15 10 piles can be replaced with a 205 75 15 12 pile

Yes, assuming that it doesn't lower your coach too much and the smaller tire is within the correct load carrying capacity. A tire with the measurement of ST205/75r15 like a # TR20515D is 27.1" tall and 8.1" wide, but the largest capacity tires available at this size are a Load Range D with a 2150-lbs per tire capacity. A tire that measures ST 225/75/r15 like the # LHWL304, is 28.3" tall and 8.9" wide, so it's only a bit taller and wider, but it has been rated as Load Range E with a capacity of 2830-lbs. The plies of the tires just tell you how many layers of rubber were used and won't have any effect on sizing.
You will want to make sure that if you decide to go down a size on your tires that the smaller tires will give you sufficient load carrying capacity.
