For a hitch that fits your 2017 Hyundai Veloster we have the Curt part # C11254 as the only option but it will work great to carry a 2 bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z that I recommend highly as well since it's a easy to load/unload rack that's very stable and also very well built.
