In general, LED trailer tail lights such as the LED Trailer Tail Light part # 328-003-81LBM1 or part # 328-003-81BM1 won't require load resistors to be installed in-line. This really comes down to the vehicle and what converter is used but the vast majority are LED compatible so it's not really something to be concerned with.
