Does Pull Pin of Landing Gear Need to Come Out Before Raising Jacks
Question:
Hello, maybe a silly question but we are newbies to trailers. Are you supposed to pull the c-pin at the top of the silver leg before operating the landing gear motor?

The pull pin you pointed out in your picture is for the drop leg of your landing gear. What you'll want to do when you are ready to park the trailer is pull it out and allow the inner leg to drop down as far as possible and then put the pin back in place before lifting the landing gear. This allows a faster jacking up and down as the jack doesn't have to move the leg several inches/feet. This is especially helpful as jacks typically move pretty slow.
