The sidewall of a tire is pretty tough and given the restricted speed with chains on (30 to 40 miles per hour) and the relative infrequent use of chains you would not have much to worry about in terms of chains damaging the actual tire. The wheels on the other hand could get scratched.
To avoid that from happening, you can go with chains that do not touch the sides of the tire at all, K-Summit chains, # TH02230K66. These chains are ideal for years of service and more frequent use. I have included a link to a video review for you.
The Thule chains that you have referenced, # TH01221104, are not a fit for your tire size.
For a set to have for infrequent use and that does not touch the rims, take a look at the Glacier cable style chains, # PW2029C. I also recommend using tensioners # PW99 to keep them taught and it place. I have linked a video for these chains as well.
Always be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual for information on the use of chains. I have included some links to FAQ articles for you to view.
