One of Six Electric Trailer Brakes Has Stopped Working After 3 Months
Question:
I have a 3 axle boat trailer and installed all new electrical trailer brakes. Dunked it 4 times without issue now all of a sudden all but one brake have stopped engaging. This all has taken place in roughly 3 months. So fast for all brand new parts.

It is certainly unusual for all but one brake to quit working. Here are some troubleshooting steps to take using a voltage multi-meter. If you don't have one you can order part # PT89ZR.
I have a likely solution. The 12 volt line for the brakes runs in a series from brake to brake in a chain. Your working brake is probably the first brake in that series and there is a broken wire just after the first brake. In that scenario only the first brake would work.
If you have a buddy press the manual braking button on your brake controller you will see voltage readings at the first brake starting at 0 and going to 12 volts or more as they press the button further. Then start measuring voltage right after the first brake, and just before the next brake. This is likely the location of your issue.
If you still have issues after this just email me again and we will find some more troubleshooting steps to consider. By the way, it is a good idea to disconnect the trailer wiring connector when launching and retrieving the boat. It's better for all the wiring that way.
I have also included a link for typical trailer wiring.
