Will a 1Up Quickrack Trailer Hitch Mount Bike Rack Fit Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 36416

Question:

Im wondering if this #36416 hitch is good for the 1Up quickrack bike rack. I probably dont want to go to a mechanic and get the trailer installed for $100, but if I can even get the non-drill hitch the curl one?, then I can probably do it myself.

I looked up the 1Up bike rack and it states it will fit a 1-1/4 inch or 2 inch trailer hitch. The Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 36416 is a Class II trailer hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver so it is compatible with the bike rack.
