The ability of your truck to tow the office trailer will depend primarily on the weight of the trailer and the towing capacity of your truck. You will not want to tow the trailer if its weight exceeds your trucks capacities.

The GCWR (gross combined weight rating) should be listed on a sticker in the drivers side door jamb of your truck. This weight rating represents the maximum weight of the vehicle, its cargo and the weight of the trailer and its contents. If you subtract the GVW (gross vehicle weight) which is the fully loaded weight of the truck from the GCWR listed on the sticker, the result will be the maximum trailer weight for your truck.

For example, lets say that the GCWR of the truck is 15,600 lbs and the GVW is 5000 lbs. Subtracting the two leaves you with 10,600 lbs, which in this example would be the maximum trailer weight for that vehicle.

I would recommend confirming the weight of your truck by having it weighed on a truck scale.
